Three scholarships were awarded recently awarded to local students who are cancer survivors, and three scholarships were awarded to employees of Space Coast Cancer Center. Recipients include college students Nour Aldebek, David Borough and Tabatha Schoenfedlt, as well as SCCC employees Helen Besvold, Michelle Kerr and Wendy Clavell.
“The scholarship program is an investment in all our futures. We can achieve much more as a team than as individual,” said Dr. Duff Sprawls, Chairman of the Space Coast Cancer Center Foundation.

“We are so grateful to the Doctors’ Goodwill Foundation, as they have helped many people further their education by offering scholarships for 12 years.”
Scholarsip receipient and cancer patient Nour Aldebek is working toward a lab technician degree at Eastern Florida State.
